As a member of the UNSW PhotoClub, you are entitled to rent the club’s cameras for your own personal use.
Rental Rates:
Per Day: A$10.00 (12pm – 12pm next day)
Weekday Rental: $35 (Monday 12pm- Friday 12pm)
Weekend Rental: $25 (Friday 12pm – Monday 12pm)
7 Day Rental: $50
Stuff We Need:
$50 Refundable Deposit
Upfront payment of rental fees
Photocopy of Student Card + Driving License or Proof of Age Card (Proof of Address)
Should you wish to loan a camera, please drop us an email at unswphotoclub@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

NoL - Light Painting (Friday)

If you missed out on our last Night Photography outing, join us this week to capture UNSW at Night! Just to spice things up, we will mainly be doing some light painting! Are you up for the challenge of light painting the main walkway?! or even Scientia?? We can work it out together!
BRING: Your cameras, Tripod (we may have some to go around, if you let us know in advance you need to borrow!), any spare torches, lasers, LED lights, light sabers etc.etc.

Digital Darkroom (Friday)

Date: Friday, August 27, 2010
Time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Location: G11, School of Materials Science and Engineering
We will be working mostly with Lightroom and some commercially available plugins during this tutorial instead of Photoshop. We will be focusing on image enhancement (lighting and colours) and presentation this time round via post processing.
Try to obtain a copy of Adobe Lightroom if you intend to bring your laptop along to this tutorial. You can also download the trial versions of Nix Software plugins as we will be relying on them for this tutorial.
Open to UPA. Proof of membership required – PhotoSoc, Exposure and PhotoClub.
